About Me
As cliche as it may be, I always knew I wanted to be in the helping field. I was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, but have moved cross country several times as I am a military spouse. Telehealth has allowed for me to continue working with clients from each state we've lived in without disrupting their treatment.

My experience has been vast, and for that I feel very fortunate. I have worked in hospital settings with patients active in suicidal ideation, detox, mania and/or psychosis. I worked for a foster care agency, assisting in extremely complex cases to assure a safe and successful placement of foster youth with severe trauma. While working in foster care, I was also working at an eating disorder clinic providing day program treatment and individual therapy to individuals with eating disorders. It is no surprise then to say I love working with clients who have eating disorders, low self-esteem, body image issues, and trauma. I began working in private practice in 2021 and have since seen individuals with all different backgrounds, problems, and experiences. I primarily focus on incorporating overall wellness to my clients through traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, with Somatic approaches mixed in. I strongly believe in the mind-body connection and healing the root of issues, not just the symptoms.
